HOW TO CHANGE/ADD LANGUAGES TO THE TOOLBAR
Click the Vista Logo in the lower left corner of your screen.
In the Start Search field type the first three letters of the word language – lan. The instant search brings up the files containing the word lan… Click Regional and Language Options.
In the Regional & Language Options wizard select the tab Keyboards and Languages then click Change Keyboards
In the new wizard Text Services and Input Languages click Add… Scroll down to the desired language and check mark it.
Then press OK and you are set. Note: for multiple languages just check everything you need then click OK => OK.
Now you have your language in the menu bar. To change languages just click and make your choice.
